First restaurant to open on the Causeway after the USA handed the Causeway area back to Panama in 1999. Over the years we have become a well known destination for locals and tourists alike. Fresh local fish and seafood are our specialty but we also have great meat, chicken and pasta dishes available, but perhaps we are most famous for our Ceviche Barko. Diced Corvina fillet, marinated in lemon juice, with a light coconut milk and a touch of spicy local habanera pepper. It is excellent!
